Rietvelt to Mondorian-like (1987)

This animation is a simple exercise of translational morphying. Two end-state compositions are prepared with the same set of colored rectangles of fixed sizes. Animation moves each component from one terminal position to another at a constant speed. The result exemplifies the shift between two dimensional subdivision painting and three dinensional layered composition of a facade.
