Here are examples of some emerging mo-cap software, inclulding those which primarily use video recordings as input.

Plask

A tool to capture motion data of a figure from video.
Single camera/mobile phone can be used.

[2025.10] Free version allows only one capture of limited duration (15 seconds) per day, and fbx/glb/bvh export. 7-day trial of paid version allows 10 min. per month, but you need to remember letting them know before the 7th day if you are not continuing into subscription.

Radical Motion

A web-based tool to capture motion data/3D scene.

A set of tools to capture motion data of a figure from data suit/video.
It also captures facial expressions from video
